Hi guys, and welcome to Day 11 of the NAGG challenge. Today's prompt is Wallpaper, and I was expecting not to like this one much, but I ended up really loving this mani. There were a few different reasons for this, but the first one is the base colour........
OPI - Anti-Bleak. I received this recently in a grab bag, and this was the first time I have used it. Apart from being a really beautiful colour, the formula on this was lovely to work with. It spread across the nail like butter, and looked perfect at 2 coats. I am actually starting to come around to OPI's wide brush too, I think that now my nails are longer, I really appreciate how much polish it holds. I have been having difficulty with a few polishes recently dragging when I get near the tip, but none of that here!
The stamping is Barry M Gold Foil, and MoYou Pro 12. It looked quite nice glossy, but once mattified I truly fell in love. Anti-Bleak looks soooo good matte! This is not the sort of style I normally gravitate to, but there was just something about this mani that made me love it.
I'll be back tomorrow with Day 12, and I'll warn you now, my skin is gonna look odd tomorrow! My camera flipped out over the colours in that mani, so I had to do a lot of tweaking with the photos, which left my skin looking a little less than human! Don't say I didn't warn you :p
